therefore there are no physical items that will be shipped.
But here's the most commonly asked questions regarding the delivery of our products:
1. Instant Delivery (No Waiting)
As soon as your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email containing your secure download link.
Most people receive this within seconds.
If you cannot see the email from us, make sure to check your spam/junk mail.
You can also access your files directly from the "Thank You" page immediately after checkout.
2. Lifetime Access
I know that healing isn't a straight line.
Once you purchase a blueprint or workbook, it is yours forever.
You are welcome to download your files as many times as you need,
whether you want to save it to a new device or print a fresh copy of a specific exercise.
3. "Life Happens" Support (Lost Files)
If you accidentally delete your file, lose your download link, or get locked out of your email—don’t worry.
Simply reach out to me at hello@thebloomblueprint.com with your order details.
I will verify your purchase and reissue your links so you can get back to your recovery without a hitch.
4. Free Lifetime Updates
As I continue my studies and refine these tools with the latest trauma-informed research, I may update my products.
If a workbook you’ve purchased gets a significant "glow-up" or a version 2.0, I will send the updated file straight to your inbox at no extra charge.
5. Digital Format & Compatibility
Our products are delivered as high-quality PDF files.
They are designed to be easily viewed on any smartphone, tablet, or computer,
and they are formatted for high-quality printing if you prefer to have a physical copy in your hands.
5. Refunds & Returns
Because you receive access to these files immediately upon purchase, all sales are final.
Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, I cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Unlike a physical book, digital files cannot be "returned," which is why I provide detailed descriptions
for every blueprint and workbook to help you make an informed choice.
